Common questions
How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or your email address. If you use email, you can sign in with a password or with a link we send you.
How do I join my barn?
Your barn invites you by email, or shares a signup link or barn code. Accounts are for people 13 and older; a guardian manages a younger rider's lessons from their own account.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are turned on for The Maneframe in your iPhone or iPad's Settings, under Notifications.
Can I see my lessons in my calendar app?
Yes. Create a calendar subscription link in the app and add it to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or another calendar app. You can make a new link or remove it at any time, which stops the old link from working.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account Preferences and choose to delete your account. This removes your sign-in. Your barn keeps its own records of your lessons; to have those removed, contact your barn. If you can't get into the app, send us a request below with the topic "Delete my account".
